You can absolutely get tremendous benefit by simply starting with the exercises in Module One but for optimal benefit from this course I highly recommend you take the time to understand these Core Concepts.
I have put a *red asterisk next to the ones I recommend watching before you start Module One.
Most are not “exercise videos” (although a few are) in a traditional sense…but more like “ways of thinking” videos.
They will help you embody the Core Wellness concepts into your “moment to moment awareness” every day.
Because the bottom line is…you are living life “moment to moment” a LOT more than you are actually getting on the floor to do an official “exercise”.
BUT…That’s not to say that doing actual “exercises” is not important!
We use the official exercise modules to flood your brain with new programs of movement and it’s very important to have a movement practice that you use every day.
But embodying these “Core Concepts” I consider equally important.
Just promise me you’ll get to them all, OK?
Honestly…this is a course within this course. And I believe that even if you only consumed and took action on the training on this page…and nothing else, you could still achieve amazing results.
